Once enrolled for either the Student Health Insurance Plan or CampusCare, the Health portion of the UA Health & Recreation fee of $100.00 for Fall/Spring or $50 for Summer will be automatically applied to your student Bursar account.
To access services at UA Campus Health under the Student Discounted Rate or with your Commercial Health Insurance Plan, please complete the online Health Fee Request Form.
