Evaluation Specialist

Pat Manning is the Qualitative Evaluation Specialist for HPPS. She earned a BA in Philosophy & Comparative Religions and a BA in Romance languages from Rollins College, an MA in Latin American Studies from the University of Arizona, and left graduate school at the UA as an All-But-Dissertation (ABD) doctoral candidate in Political Science, specializing in comparative politics and political theory. Her wide-ranging interests and higher educational background, coupled with diverse and enriching professional opportunities and her extensive experience in social justice advocacy and popular education among marginalized communities, have helped prepare her to serve in a variety of roles across several grant-funded wellness projects.
