Stress is common for grad students. You have a lot to balance between academics, assistantships, relationships, family, and LIFE. If you’re a grad student, then chances are you also have big dreams and high standards for yourself.

Together, this can feel like the demands on you exceed your ability to meet them.

A little bit of stress can actually help us stay motivated as we work toward our goals, but there does come a point where enough is enough. Managing stress is a critical component to your happiness and success.

CAPS is partnering with the Think Tank with the Stress Management in Graduate School workshop. We’ll cover the basics of stress and 6 steps to kissing stress good-bye (yes, even in grad school).
