Can
my parents see my medical records?
Your
medical record is your personal file. The only way your parents
can obtain access to this file is if you, the student, sign a written
consent form and show your picture ID at the Medical Records office
of Campus Health. It is also possible for you to choose which portions
of your medical record will be released. There is a small fee if
you request copies of your medical record. The release is good for
90 days and will be kept in your file for that time. There is no
charge for medical record copies used for continued care.
