Week Seven: Facing, Identifying and Recognizing
New Challenges
Week Eight: Committing to New Beginnings
If
these scenarios feel familiar, this group is for you. Gaining support
in addressing these issues in a non-threatening setting can be a
way to utilize healthy coping strategies to cope with relationships
and their stressors. This group meets on a weekly basis for a total
of eight weeks.
