meditation may be approached as a tool for relieving stress and
coping with pain, it can also serve as a process of self-discovery
and a way to develop the many abilities of the mind. This meditation
practice teaches you to be present for whatever the moment contains.
Learning cognitive behavioral skills will give you the tools necessary
to change automatic thinking and reactive patterns.
This group
explores meditation and ways you can change your mind to reduce stress
