- Do you feel uncomfortable eating in front of others; or hide eating?
- Do you feel out of control when eating?
- Do you frequently eat large amounts in a short time?
- Do you exercise because "You have to...," not because
you want to?
- Do you need to be thinner to "be happy?"
- Are you missing out on life because you spend your time dieting?
- Are you ready to think about the choices you make?
- Are you looking to change your behaviors?
Participation
in this group provides understanding and support - key factors in changing your body and your mind.
