The CHS-IT Service Desk is your point of contact for all questions or problems related to CHS computer services, equipment, and software. CHS-IT offers help services accessible via phone, Internet, email, or in person. When you email or call the Service Desk, please be sure to identify your problem, provide your full name, and a number where you can be reached. The mission of the Service Desk is to provide our workforce and student employees with the highest level of support and customer service while leveraging the most effective online troubleshooting and problem solving tools.
CHS-IT has the ability to remotely troubleshoot your desktop or laptop computer, all without you leaving your office. We can currently troubleshoot remotely Windows and Mac PC's, and some tablets.

- Input the session key given by technician
- Click on Run
- Click Allow
- Technician will have full access to your computer

After Hours Support: Users can report critical problems by leaving a voice message at (520) 621-8527 or by sending an email. You can also call the UA 24/7 support line at (520) 626-8324 which is available 24/7, 365 days.
